Joe is a Linux and Open Source Software (OSS) advocate. While Linux is considered the flagship project of OSS, the much larger picture, in Joe's mind, is OSS. Joe truely believes that OSS will drive the computers of tomorrow.

Joe is a software engineer for Smart Robots, Inc in Dalton where he works with Linux on their robot. He runs Linux on all computers he regularly uses, including his main desktop, server, and work computer.
